American Sign Language 3-4

This course will enable students to continue the study of American Sign Language by broadening visual communication skills. The students will continue acquisition skills in signing and be expected to sign fluently at their level of comprehension. American Sign language, like any world language is very challenging to learn. Students must become effective communicators. Their expression of sign language must become progressively clear and fluent in the command of the signs. The evaluation procedure will include daily comprehension of the language and culture of American Sign language and of the student's receptive and expressive skills.
