American Sign Language 5-6

This is a full year class designed to prepare the students for college requirements and continuation of a more extensive study of American Sign Language and Deaf studies. The areas of concentration for third year ASL includes: transliteration of videotapes of Deaf individuals and job shadows. Student's progress and application will be through class participation, discussions, group work, presentations and writing interpretations of videotapes.
