
Advanced ProStart Foods
(Tech Prep Dual Credit)
This course is a continuation of ProStart Foods, and can be taken up to four times for high school and Tech Prep credit through Renton Technical College. You will increase your skills and knowledge in food preparation; learn basics of controlling food service costs, and the presentation of food. Students will plan and implement catering and serving jobs for the school and community. You will have the opportunity to participate at regional and state ProStart competitions.
